1. Services Description
ShrinkIt offers a service that compresses large video files to less than half their original size, facilitating the sending of video files via SMS, email, or uploading online where space is limited.

2. Ownership and Licensing
Upon purchasing the lifetime package, you gain perpetual ownership of ShrinkIt, including free updates provided through the App Store. Purchases of the PRO 1-Day pass or the 30-Day pass grant access to PRO features only for the respective duration of the pass. All software, documentation, and content provided on the Website are owned by ShrinkIt or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. User Data
ShrinkIt does not collect any personal user data. All purchases are handled by Apple. Non-personal data such as analytics, crash data, and device information may be collected for troubleshooting purposes.

4. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Website and the services provided by ShrinkIt only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not misuse the services or assist anyone in misusing the services in any way.
